April 2008 saw our second Children's Concert, this time starring schoolchildren from four local schools along
with the Junior Section from Gillingham Imperial Band. Organising this concert was a logistical challenge, since
we had to house nearly 100 children in the Church, along with proud parents, grand-parents etc! However, it all
went alright on the night and we hope that all the children enjoyed the concert as much as we did!
A big thank you to all of the children who performed for us. Grateful thanks also go to Jackie Adams (Gillingham
Imperial Band, Junior Section), Liam Carey (Gillingham School), Neil McMullan (Shaftesbury School),
Jess Pitman (Wyke Primary School) and James Stanford (Milton Primary School) for all their hard work in helping put this concert together.
